The location was perfect for our city break, with easy access to all the main attractions. We enjoyed being close to a variety of restaurants and cafes, giving us plenty of options for dining. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing excellent service.

We experienced some issues during our stay, including confusion over our room at check-in which resulted in a room change later. Additionally, housekeeping tried to enter our room before check-out time despite the do not disturb notice.

The staff were friendly and informative, and the bar had a good selection of drinks. We particularly enjoyed the "snack bar" filled with delicious goodies. The hotel's location on the harbor was great, allowing us to walk everywhere in the downtown area. The rooms were very quiet and clean, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice perk.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Dusseldorf. The front desk service was friendly and communication in English was easy. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would recommend this hotel for a decent stay.

We had a great stay in a hotel located along a beautiful river. It was within walking distance to the city center, which made it easy to explore the main attractions. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bed. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed the free fruits and water provided throughout the hotel.
